	April 21st , 2011, The Quality Specialist from SIEMENS made the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect
	Analysis) training for MEHLER staff. MEHLER will gradually use FMEA in the production process and
	quality management to analysis and make continuous improvement for potential failure problems.

	April 20th to 21st , 2011 ,four people from Siemens Factory Automation Co., Ltd. Quality
	Assurance Department and Purchasing group made the audit for MEHLER quality assurance system.
	They fully affirmed the MEHLER continuous improvement made by past year. As SIEMENS’s supplier,
	MEHLER get high evaluation on good quality and services. They suggested that use FMEA in the
	production process and quality management.

	July 30th, 2010,Two auditors form China Quality Certification Center Wuhan Sub-branch made
	the surveillance audit for our product certification factory quality assurance ability.This is the 7th
	authority since we get the CCC certificate. After one day-long examination, the factory inspection
	passes smoothly.

	July 27th ,2010,ME accepted the ISO9000 system surveillance audit from China Certification
	& Inspection Group. After a day of on-site audit evidence, audit team agreed that the company's
	9000 operating system is appropriate and effective.In the surveillance audit last meeting, the team
	leader concluded that,the company from top to bottom on the supervisory review process was a
	positive match to ensure the smooth progress of supervision and examination,shows that ME pay
	great attention to quality work. Audit team through the inquiries, view and verify the records that
	the company's quality management system has been running.

	In December 2009，the IM panel and STM3 enclosure which made by MEHLER have
	passed IP66 dust sealing test in Guangzhou Vkan Certification & Testing Institute.To prove
	the seal of such products based on the IP55 have entered a new stage. New products
	using the most advanced polyurethane (PU) foam sealing strip forming a field of technology.
	to ensure that they match exactly the contact surface, so that the sealing effect of control
	cabinet has reached the world top level.

	2nd Dec., Managing director Mr. Alexander Mehler of Mehler Company goes to Xiangfan
	specially, to visits the old customer –OUAN Electrical Co.,Ltd. OUAN was established more
	than ten years ago when an electrical automation profession nameless junior, passes through

	Form 21st Oct. to 23th Oct. “China Wind Power 2009” hold in Beijing new international
	exhibition center, this exhibition unprecedented scale, the well-known enterprise nearly all
	participated such as the American superconductivity, ABB, Alstom, Hua Rui, Jin Feng, Tianwei
	etc., The participation product covered the entire wind electricity industry chain; the
	display area has amounted to 28000 square meters. Takes provides the necessary to the wind
	electricity industry, Mehler has set up the special booth at this exposition and demonstrated
	the cubicle made for wind electricity project which received the participation visitor high
	praise. Mehler participation personnel make the communication with INCEISA, TOSHIBA,
	Guodianlongyuan, XUJI, Sinovel Wind, Goldwind,, TIANWEI, etc., Many domestic and foreign
	companies have exhibited with Mehler TSM enclosure of the wind power control equipment.

	Sept.16th to 17th, four people from SFAE quality assurance department made the audit
	for MEHLER quality assurance system. They affirmed Mehler Company for the continually
	improvement and made suggestion for the traceability of strengthened production process. As
	SIEMENS’s important supplier, Mehler should passed the examination form SIEMENS many
	departments to guaranteed that Mehler provides the first-class product and the service to
	each customer.

	Sept.15th 2009, MEHLER and Siemens have signed the agreement of introduced
	SIVACON 8PT Low Voltage Switchboard design & manufacture technique. The SIVACON 8PT
	switchboard has the merit such as artistic contour, compact structure, stable quality and
	high rank protection. The cubicle can be installed by fixedly design or extracts design, Each
	SIVACON 8PT made by standardized and typification module which may compose standard cell
module section as the protection, the operation, the transformation and the control
separately. The return route of single cabinet may reach 24. Adopt the isolation between the
regions as well as the mutual isolation in the function unit which strengthen the safety
protection. The cubicle will beused by the customer who need the high environmental
protection such as nuclear power station, the subway, the airport and the cements plant etc.,
The new product will be helpful for MEHLER expands the switchboard market.

ASM Series marine control cabinet has been fully upgraded optimization, optimized to
provide more choice,with both doors open 180°of the outer hinge can open 135°with the
inner hinge，the protection level of IP54.In the cabinet the appendix adds against resin

of cabinet installation Better. May 2009 ASM cabinets passed GJB150-1986 military ships
equipment rocking vibration experiment made by China Shipbuilding work environment and the
reliability of mechanical and electrical products test center which proves that ASM series

working environment as well as the nuclear power plant project. ASM cabinets will also be the
ideal choice for the heavy electrically controlled cabinet, like the excitation, the

distribution system and conrtol system which used in shipyard and testing services offered

March 30, 2009, ME’S TSM cabinet has passed the GB/T2423 swing through a vibration
test which made by China's shipbuilding industry in the environment and the reliability of
mechanical and electrical products test. That proved Mehler’s Cabinet firm and
unreliability.

In March 2009, Kunming Machine Tool Company Limited has selected Mahler's cabinet as
the CNC machine tools control cabinet, 7 set cabinets combined in a group. For the larger
contact area between the counters when assembled and good stability which ensure the no
distortion in the long-distance transportation, eliminating the customer's worries

One hot-rolled, Wuhan Iron and Steel Company Expansion Project is nearing completion
in December 2008. In order to ensure the quality of the project,numbers of Mehler's products
be used by costumers,including more than 60 low-voltage GMC Units and 200 sets TSM Control
Cabinet Units. Mehler not only to provide safe and reliable power distribution cabinet (3C
certification),but also provide high-quality control cabinets (patented product), so the
entire project would be able to maintain a unified style and quality of cabinets.

Angel Yeast Co., Ltd selected total 75 Units GMC4000Af low-voltage distribution
cabinet in Guangxi Chongzuo project on August 2007 which made by Mehler, For the stable
performance, safe, reliable,Angel purchased 47 counters for its expansion project again on
December 2008. One of 315KW inverter drive assembly cabinet design has been fully affirmed
by the customers.

Recently, ABB Engineering Ltd requested their sub-contractors that to adopt the
MEHLER cubicle of MUNSELL 5Y7/1 color in its responsible power plant of Henan province.
This can ensure the high quality of cubicle, but also to achieve excellent overall outward
appearance image.It has been observed that an increasing number projects have no longer
satisfied with the stereotyped color, but choose their own characteristic color.

Recently, MEHLER ELECTRIC WUHAN has provided more than 400 set 8MF
cubicle at 2400mm height for WUHAN WISDRI and Dalian Huayelian Automation
Co.Ltd.The cubicle will be used as transmission control in the steel and iron production
process. The height of 2400mm is not the standard specifications for ME, but ME
still to provide the cubicle to the customer in a shorter time. All this contribute to
the spraying curing and heating solidifies equipment can accommodate the cubicle
with 2700mm2500mm1600, (HWD), which fully showed the ability of ME to meet
the various requirements of customer.

We are wined the bidding on Silin Hydropower Station project by the end of
August 2007 in the competition with brands such as Germany and France Company
and signed more than 200 set cubicles purchase agreement. Thus, by virtue of the
excellent quality and services, MEHLER has offered thousands cabinet for the Power
Station in Wujiang Valley.

On August 7, 2007, MEHLER Electric Wuhan Co., Ltd has signed the contract
with VATECH Hydro Beijing Ltd for more than 120 set control cubicles which used
to the Korea Incheon Tidal Power Station. This project required special enclosure
of galvanized steel plate at least 2mm thickness and the color of the cubicles should
be Munsell series. To meet the user’s individually demand is the goal of Mehler Co.,
Ltd which also is the reason for many high-end users and main project tochoose the
products produced by Mehler.

On August 6, 2007, the Asian Construction Center manager of Praxair Inc. (China)
Mr.Kim and his colleagues visit the Mehler Electric WuhanCo.,Ltd. Both sides have the
communication for the production progress of the India and Korea project which being.
implemented. Praxair are planning to use the products which produced by Mehler Wuhan
in the outside Asia project.

On July 12, 2007, Mr. Gaertner who is the president of INTERSCHALT Ges.m.b.H
has visit the MEHLER Wuhan and have the full recognition for the new workshop and
testing place.Both sides made the communication for how to strengthen the cooperation
and how to increase production.Due to the rapid development of China's ship building
industry,MEHLER have received the order of control cubicle and console for Marine
which production arranged to 2010.

Recently, Mehler Wuhan has signed the purchase agreement with Anshan Iron
and Steel Group Corporation (Ansteel) for 643 set 8MF control cubicles production.
Mehler Wuhan provides the control cubicle to Ansteel for so many years.This batch
order from Ansteel shows they are satisfied with the quality and service offered by
Mehler Wuhan.

Mr.Lachmann who is in charge of SIEMENS Cabinet Department has audited
the 8MF cubicle produced by MEHLER Wuhan on 13th Dec.2006. He is satisfied
with all the data about the cubicle and regard MEHLER Wuhan as the exclusive
supplier for SIEMENS 8MF cubicle in China to ensuring the coherence of 8MF
cubicle in global.······

ME general executive manager Dr.Peng have interviewed the delegation
of Austria government on 16th Nov.2006.······
